  Ali, so sorry you were not satisfied with the service. It is always our goal to offer the best service we can. In this case, you wanted the discounted price which was explained to you when we did the initial inspection that the price you wanted was for quarterly service. We offered a one time service price but you stated you wanted the quarterly service. We had no complaints from you regarding the service until it was time to schedule the next service. This is why we have a cancellation fee is for people who want to take advantage of the quarterly pricing but don't intend to use the services as described. We stand behind everything we do and if something is not to your satisfaction, all you have to do is tell us and we will make it right!

  Andrew did a fantastic job treating the inside and outside of my house. After 3 days the cricket spiders are gone, and I have no pest issues. They also told me if I have any pest issues between treatments they will come spray again, and it is covered! Affordable and professional company. Signed up for the quarterly treatment and am happy I did.
