  My husband had to return a jacket and order a new size, plus look at different size boots. Brianna was great! She helped us make the right decisions and made the return process simple. New jacket on the way. I also had to call customer service earlier to ask a question and they were extremely nice a bc helpful. Will definitely purchase from Boot Barn in future.

  A Big Thank You to Bree for exchanging my husbands boots today! It was past the 30 day return policy but she allowed us to exchange them for a different pair. Great customer service. Will be shopping there again.
