  If I could have rated Easy Home 0 stars I would have, but you need at least 1 star to publish your comment. Easy Home prides themselves with industry leading customer service. They refer to their customers as "the king or queen of your castle"; and "we are here to help make that feeling a reality on a daily basis". The first two of their five core values include Integrity and Respect. My experience tells a different story. Easy Home in Olathe Kansas called my residence regarding a past due balance. When I questioned the representative "Ray", he replied, "What do you think we're calling for? The account must be past due!" Taking offense to the statement I asked, "is this a business?" "Ray" went on to say, "Yes!" This is a business. You're asking me questions like I'm your "Homie" or something. This treatment was reported to their management team where I stated the treatment was unprofessional and as an African American male, racist. Management apologized and set the arrangement I requested. Easy Home in Olathe Kansas on a separate occasion in December 2015 drew funds from my checking account without my permission. Store manager "Sarah" has failed to comply with my request to return the funds. As a result, Easy Home in Olathe sent the above mentioned "Ray" to my home even after the complaint was relayed to their management team. With total disregard to my family as consumers Easy Home has yet to prove their Core Competencies of Integrity and Respect. Consumers Beware!!!! Take your business elsewhere!!!!! Easy Home should evaluate how their employees facilitate their business strategies during day to day operations and make immediate changes. My testimony as well as many other consumers nationwide could be taken as far as a Class Action suit that could be detrimental to company's success. This has been reported to the BBB and we ARE seeking legal representation.
