  Worst experience ever in a Hobby Lobby. I know nothing about needles for sewing machines. I asked the lady where I would fine them. She was extremely dismissive towards me and pointed to the wall. I needed more help due to again lack of knowledge. I was ignored. Finally, I got her attention in front of others by saying, "Mama, can you please help me?" She very reluctantly walked over. Not going back to that store. Such a rude person.

  Love this store, they have great inventory, nice sales and a good 40 percent coupon every time u go! Nice and helpful checkers and the manager works with u! The only thing I noticed was the fabric dept employee was not very nice when me and my daughter were looking for fabric for her wedding! Oh well, everyone has bad days!! Olathe store in ks, big thumbs up!
