She yelled at my husband for pulling his chip reader our of the machine too fast when that was what she told him to do. She said it didn't work and he had to do it again. When I got home I checked my bank and indeed....we were charged twice. Hopefully I can get my money back. The lady checking us out was rude and harsh.
