  I bought a custom made engagement ring many years ago from Moshiri and it was a bad experience for me. He is rude, insulting and unprofessional - this happened as soon as discrepancies were pointed out in the design. On several occasions, he covered his broken promises with unconvincing explanations. Also, the product came out poor in its quality and craftsmanship in my opinion and the opinion of a reputable local jeweler. I never even showed it to my then-fiancée and ended up selling it (happily) at a financial loss. Take this review with a grain of salt but as you can see from his replies to some of the reviews here, he will resort to insults (which he does in person as well) and will disclose private information online. In one instance below - he discloses a negative reviewer's profession and her fiancé's name! I think his responses to negative reviews here reflects how he conducts business. Edit: I posted a review here over 5 years ago and then changed it this week when I randomly saw that Moshiri had written a ridiculous response. While I know that his responses are littered with lies, to everyone else, his posts should reveal his true colors as an unprofessional businessman.

  Love this place. They're so kind. We originally had my wife's wedding band made here, because it was custom. They were the only jeweler that treated us with kindness, as we were a couple of college students. They also have a huge selection of modern jewelry.
