  Print Center Specifically: If I could give no stars I would. Needed a research poster printed as a 24x36. They lost my first print and told me they wouldn't be able to have another one ready until the next day. I come back the next day and the poster doesn't look like what they showed me would be printed. They wouldn't do anything to fix the problem and the man even raised his voice at me telling me they bent over backwards....except they lost the first one and got the second one wrong. Took my business to Staples where they were able to have my poster printed in an hour!

  The copy/print center, specifically. Pros: seems cheaper than going to a FedEx print store? Cons: that is, cheaper if you can find the pricing guide, and if you keep an eye on the people ringing you up. Noticeably overcharged on two of two copy items (both times charged for more prints than were done). Caught the first one before left the counter, the second one later - second wasn't worth the hassle went through with the first one. Also, significant wait time, and employee (helping me, anyway) more interested in chit-chatting war stories from the late night copy center with fellows than paying attention to their jobs. Yea, don't think it was worth the savings.
